Ever wondered what goes on behind the curtain in the making of a theatrical production? For every actor on stage there are even more technicians, stage managers, designers, and crew making the show happen! This class will present hands-on backstage preparation for our current stage productions, including practical solutions, problem solving in scenery construction, theatrical design stage management, running crew, and other theater technology. This course is a Hands-on class, designed to introduce the beginning student and the advanced student to hone the skills of the arts and crafts involved in technically mounting and supporting theatrical productions all from behind the scenes!
