CYT Santa Cruz’s volunteer board of directors oversees our mission, defines strategic direction, sets organizational policy, and safeguards the financial stability of the organization.

Jeremy Couchman

Board Chair

Jeremy has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2019. He runs a successful small business in Santa Cruz.

Kevin Miller

Treasurer

Kevin has been a member of the board since 2021 and is the current Treasurer. He works in information technology leading enterprise-level project portfolios for a large pharmaceutical company.

Tracy Barber

Director

Tracy has been a member of the board since 2022. She is a successful small business owner in Santa Cruz.

Barbara Lansdowne

Director

Barbara has been a member of the board since 2018. She is a retired prosecutor.

Marie Marheineke

Director

Marie has been a member of the board since 2018. She works in the real estate industry.

Stephen Pickens

Director

Stephen has been a member of the board since 2019. He is a graphics designer and performer. Stephen is an alumnus of the CYT Santa Cruz program and has directed several of our past shows.
