Push your improv skills and innate creativity to the test with a gradual progression of short form to long form games.  Actors will dive deep into the elements of character, environment, focus, and trust to develop scenes that are deeply captivating, witty, and fun.  Improv experience is preferred, but not required.


Each of our shows has a limited number of spaces and age caps to ensure the best possible experience for our students. If the show is already full, you will be placed onto a waiting list when signing up for your audition slot.  See Audition Info for more info.

Scholarship: Don't let financial circumstances prevent you from registering for our classes. Please reach out to tamara@cytsantacruz.org if you have a financial need. We want you at CYT!
Refunds:  We know that plans change so you can request a cancellation of your class registration fee up until Friday, January 8, and you will be refunded the registration cost, minus a $30 administration fee.  No refunds will be issued once the show cast list is released.  
All refunds are returned to the original form of payment. 
Class changes are subject to availability until January 8.
